We aim to ensure every LensCraft Vision customer is satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

1. Eligibility for Return

Items can be returned within 7 calendar days of receiving the order if:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • The item is in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or prescription lenses

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Used or damaged items

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us at info@lenscraftvision.store within 48 hours.

  • Provide order details and clear images of the defect.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds for EasyPaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • COD refunds are issued through EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

  • Refunds are made to the original payer only.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a fault on our end (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the shipping cost.

  • If returning for personal reasons, the customer pays the shipping fee.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges can be arranged if the item is available in stock. If not, a refund or alternative product of equal value will be offered.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.

8. Inspection and Approval

All returned products are inspected upon arrival. Refunds or replacements are issued only after the item passes inspection.

LensCraft Vision reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
